5.1-When is ICT Taiwan responsible for repairing defective units? |
Within the bill acceptor's warranty period, except for vandalism, improper operation and natural disasters or other special circumstances, ICT is responsible for repairing defective units free of charge.

5.2-Why should I complete RMA form? |
To speed processing, customers must complete this form and return it for maintenance, together with the machine; ICT will give priority to units sent with the RMA form.
