ICT announces DAB is fully ready for field test on vending machines

2014/11/13 Taipei, Taiwan

After the successful debut at BDV Vending Congress Expo 2014, International Currency Technologies Corp. (ICT) officially names its latest Multi-Function Data Audit System as “DAB (Data Audit Box)” and announces DAB is now fully ready to be equipped on vending machines for field test.

DAB provides an easy and reliable way to audit the transaction data from vending machines in one device. It allows reading out EVA-DTS from vending machines with MDB and Executive interface through USB connector. Thus, operators can conveniently download these data and monitor the device status via PC or laptop to ensure the correctness of operations. Moreover, any firmware can be also easily upgraded to all ICT units equipped in vending machines by it. In the near future, data audit and firmware upgrade can be remotely operated through its optional wireless connection box. Finally, its compact size and design offer an easy installation to fit current vending machines with high resistance to severe weather conditions.

“Feedbacks from attendants at BDV Vending Congress are really positive and encouraging,” said Leo Chang, managing director at ICT Europe, “with this innovative device, high efficiency and precision of vending machine management is, indeed, expected. Based on these great repercussions and ICT’s reliable design, we also have strong confidence that DAB can pass any tough field test on every vending machine.”

Currently many DAB units have been equipped on several operators’ vending machines and are running field test. Anyone who is interested in DAB is welcomed to contact ICT sales representatives or local distributors to ask for DAB sample. Any further information regarding DAB can be acquired through the same way.
